Because starting a food business takes a little time.

For most new Primalistas, allowing around 6–8 weeks to work through training, council requirements, getting organised and preparing to launch is realistic.

Start in early October and that takes you into mid to late November.

Which is rather perfect.

You may want to catch some of the Christmas market and festive season opportunity.

Or perhaps Christmas is the very last time you want to start a new business.

In that case, you can use these next few months to get everything in place so you're ready to step into 2027 with a business rather than a plan to someday start one.

Because once December arrives, things naturally slow down.

Council offices have people on annual leave. Applications can take longer. Suppliers and freight get busy. Businesses close over Christmas. January can be slow to get moving again.

If 2027 is the year you'd like to do this, you don't need to wait until 2027 to start.

Just you and me, sitting down together to map out your route from “I've joined” to “I'm open for business.”

We'll look at your council and kitchen, your available time, how you'd like to sell, what needs to happen first, what can wait, and the realistic launch date you're working towards.

We'll also talk about the things that tend to come up once you actually start.

Confidence. Overthinking. Putting yourself out there. Worrying whether people will buy. Trying to make everything perfect.

Whatever is getting in the way, we can work through that too.

And afterwards, I'll create your personalised 8-Week Primalista Launch Plan.

I'll take everything we've discussed and map it out for you, so you have your priorities, next steps and launch goal clearly laid out to take away with you.

Because having all the information is one thing.

Having someone experienced to talk it through with, help you make the decisions, and then hand you a clear plan for what happens next is something else entirely.
