Payment Terms
Prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST unless stated otherwise. Payment methods include PayPal, Stripe, Square, and Ezi Debit.
For Primalista Licences, payment plans may be available as outlined in your agreement. All other product or service-specific terms will be detailed at the point of purchase.
Delivery of Services
- Coaching Services: Provided via Zoom. Rescheduling requires 24 hours' notice; otherwise, the full session fee applies.
- Online Courses: Access to online courses will be provided promptly after purchase via email or an online platform. If you experience delays or issues, please contact our support team at [email protected]Â
- Primalista Resources: Access is granted through a secure login to our private website upon licence purchase.

Product Returns & Replacements
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. Replacements may be offered on a case-by-case basis, contact your Primalista - details are on the packaging. Refunds are not provided for personal taste preferences.
Primalista Licence
Becoming a Primalista involves an application and interview process. Acceptance is not guaranteed, as suitability depends on experience, capacity, and alignment with our values.
