Primal Alternative provides information, education and guidance about the Primal Alternative lifestyle, but you need to pay attention to what is happening for you in your unique circumstances and to tweak anything that is not working. Your Responsibilities
We understand that the opportunity to join us as a Primalista is incredibly exciting. It is however, a big decision as is any major commitment to a new business. We therefore recommend very strongly that you seek independent legal, financial and business advice before taking up a Primalista licence. We offer a 7 day cooling off period, and it is very important that you take the time to explore the suitability of this venture in your personal situation and circumstances before you join us. We want all of our Primalistas to be happy and successful and to a large extent this depends on you doing your personal due diligence enquiries before you invest in your Primalista licence.
We also ask that you take full responsibility for your own health and wellbeing. As a result, we strongly recommend that you consult with a health professional before taking part in any of our online health coaching programs.

As an online business with a global audience, we claim ownership of Primal Alternative™ as an unregistered trade mark anywhere else in the world that it may be used. The taglines “grain free made easy”™ and “make baking your business”™ are also unregistered trade marks. This means that the name Primal Alternative and our taglines may not be used commercially to sell products or services without our express permission and under licence. Where the ® or ™ is omitted on this website, it is for your reading convenience only.
Primalistas have been granted a limited right to use the Primal Alternative® Logo, business name and tag lines in accordance with the terms of their Primalista Licence Agreement.
Payment Terms
All prices on this site are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST unless otherwise specified.
Payments may be made via PayPal, Ezi Debit, or with a credit card processed through Stripe or Square. Payment may be made upfront or with AfterPay. We do not have access to your financial details. If you have any questions about the security of these payment systems, please refer directly to the appropriate websites for their security policies.
Payment plans may be offered to Primalistas on the terms set out in the Primalista Licence Agreement. Please enquire for further details.
Payment terms and plans for any other products or services will be specified on the information page for that product or service.
Delivery of Services
All coaching services are provided via Zoom. Details will be provided to you at the time of booking. If you are unable to attend a coaching session, you must provide at least 24 hours notice in order to reschedule, or you will be charged full price for the session.
Primalistas gain access to the Recipes and Resources they need by receiving a unique login name and password from Primal Alternative when they purchase a licence. This gives them access to a “Primalistas only” website containing everything you need to produce and sell the Primal Alternative product range. Primalistas are also encouraged to participate in the closed online community on Facebook.
Challenges and online courses may be delivered by email, web download or online in private Facebook groups where you can join with and support other women taking part in the challenge.
Online Shop
Product Availability
Primal Alternative products may only be purchased for your personal or household use and are not for resale. We have the right to refuse to accept your order at our discretion or to limit the quantity of products purchased per person, household or order.
While we will do our best to honour the availability of products advertised in our online shop, we reserve the right to withdraw products from sale, discontinue a particular product or change ingredients if necessary, to ensure we fulfil our commitment to produce quality products.
We make every effort to display our products accurately on our website, but we cannot guarantee the product you receive will look exactly the same.
Delivery
Please note that we do not ship to PO Boxes, only to physical addresses. It is your responsibility to ensure that your address details are accurate and up to date. If we need to contact you about an order, we will use the contact details provided when the order was placed.
Primal Alternative Products are made fresh for you, on receipt of your order. We do not use preservatives and believe in delivering real, fresh food directly to you. As a result, there may be a delay of up to 14 days from the time that you place your order until you receive it.
All Primal Alternative products are express posted. We do our very best to ensure delivery within 24-48 hours but we are at the mercy of the postal service and couriers. If you are expecting a delivery, it is important that you are ready to collect it promptly, as the quality of the product may suffer if it is left for an extended period in a mailbox.
Products are shipped fresh, in insulated packaging with ice packs. Some orders will be posted frozen if humid conditions are expected. It is your responsibility to freeze pastry, pizza bases and bread (we suggest slicing it first) immediately on receipt. Cookies will last on the shelf for up to 2 weeks, and packet mixes for 6 months.
Please understand that this is real food made fresh for you without preservatives (we can’t say that often enough!) Although we will do everything we can to ensure it gets to you in the best possible condition, this is not something we can guarantee. Sometimes fluctuating temperatures in transit may affect the quality of the product on arrival.
We may not be able to deliver our whole range to some areas due to the time it takes for parcels to travel, and the risk of spoilage. Unless there is a local Primalista available to service your area, we may only be able to deliver Packet Mixes or Cookies. Notification of these restrictions is provided in the shop and updated as the situation changes. We also stock a range of alternative brand products from trusted suppliers. These products will arrive in a separate delivery from any Primal Alternative products ordered through the online store.
Replacement & Returns
Because of the nature of the product, we do not accept returns. However, we may offer a replacement in some circumstances. Please contact us by email to discuss any issues or problems you may have. Unfortunately, while we understand that tastes differ, we cannot offer a refund simply because you don’t like the product.
If you would like to sample the product before you buy, Primal Alternative products are sold around the world through our network of licenced Primal Alternative producers.

Please note that Primalista Licences are granted following a successful application and interview process. Not everyone is accepted as it is very important that our Primalistas are a good fit and have the experience, capacity and dedication required to maintain the high quality of Primal Alternative products.
Refund Policy
Order Fulfilment:
If you order a product or service that is no longer available, due to it being out of stock, discontinued or if we are unable to fulfil your order within a reasonable time for any reason, we will provide you with a full refund.
Change of Mind:
We do not offer any refund for change of mind, so we encourage you to choose very carefully before purchasing.
Minor Problem:
The types of minor problem that may occur with our products and services are generally tech based, such as a PDF that refuses to open, a link that expires while your internet is down, the internet failing midway through a call or an inability to log in to the membership area of our website. If any minor problem occurs, please get in touch with us as soon as possible by emailing [email protected] and we will work with you to remedy the problem.
If there is a minor problem with a Primal Alternative product that you have purchased from the online shop, please contact the Primalista whose details are on the packaging.
Major Problem:
If you believe you have encountered a major problem with our products or services – a problem that cannot be easily fixed within a reasonable time frame, please email us at [email protected] to discuss your concerns and negotiate a refund or other acceptable solution.
Cancellation of Contracts:
Please note that there is no refund for Primalistas who choose to cancel their Licence Agreement. If you are considering becoming a Primalista, it is very important that you read the Licence Agreement carefully for a full description of the options available to you.
Visitor Information
It is our intention to hold the space of this website and the Primalista Community Forum as a place of support and encouragement. We will not tolerate unacceptable behaviour or bullying and we reserve the right to delete or block anyone who is in breach of this agreement or the Primalista Licence Agreement.
We reserve the right to moderate any comments made on our blog, including deleting comments that we deem to be rude, offensive, spammy or unacceptable without any notification or correspondence with the author of the comment.
Changes to this Policy
We may revise the Terms and Conditions from time to time by updating this posting. The revised terms will take effect when they are posted.
Jurisdiction
If you have a problem, please contact us so that we can discuss it. If we can’t reach an agreement, we may suggest bringing in a neutral third party to help us find a solution. If we still can’t work it out, any disputes or arguments arising under this agreement are to be dealt with under the law of Western Australia.
