Hi, I’m H! 👋
I know what it’s like to feel bloated and unwell from regular bread — and I also know how hard it is to find work that feels meaningful while still fitting around family life.
That’s why I started Primal Alternative: a grain-free food brand that brings back the favourites — bread, pizza, cookies, pastry, bagels — made with real, clean ingredients and no nasties. My health coaching clients called these recipes “life-changing” because they made eating well simple, enjoyable, and sustainable.
Instead of scaling up into a factory (not my vibe!), I created the Primalista Licence — a way for women to bake from home, sell locally, and be part of a supportive community.
