Here’s the simple version:

• When someone signs up as a Primalista through your funnel, you receive 100% of the Primalista Licence fee.

  • If they pay upfront: $5,497 goes straight to you.

  • If they go on a 12-month payment plan: you receive $5,964 over the year, directly into your bank account or Stripe/PayPal account.

• You’ll sign them up using your own payment gateway (we’ll show you how).

• Once they’re signed up, they set up a $130/month membership with Primal Alternative, which gives them access to the brand, ongoing support, recipe updates, and to keep their licence active.

• We take care of all the onboarding, tech access, and support for your new Primalistas for the lifetime they’re part of Primal Alternative.

• You don’t manage them—they’re now part of the wider community, and your role is complete.

To become a Primalista Ambassador, you pay $30,000 (if you’re one of the first beta Ambassadors) and an ongoing $500/month which covers:

• Your access to the funnel and ad setup

• Use of all the platforms you need to run your business

• Ongoing monthly support and metrics reviews with H

Nope. If you’re a great communicator, genuinely care about helping people, and are open to learning, you’ll do just fine. I’ll guide you through how to run Meta ads (or set them up of you if you like) and take Discovery Calls using the exact systems and strategies I’ve refined over nearly 10 years.

It depends on how much you want to earn—but I’d recommend a minimum ad spend of $750/month (which works out to just $25/day) to get the wheels turning. Ideally, you’d be investing $1,500 to $3,000/month if your goal is to bring on 2–4 new Primalistas per month (which is approximately $11,928 to $23,856 revenue, depending on whether they pay upfront or via a payment plan).

The great news? The Primal Alternative funnel really works. We’ve consistently seen a 10x ROAS (Return on Ad Spend)—which is well above industry average. In fact, even when I was working with a top Melbourne ad agency, the Primal Alternative campaign was the highest-converting offer they’d ever run across their entire agency. That speaks volumes.

This means if you’re spending $1,000 on ads, you could potentially generate $10,000 in Primalista Licence revenue. That’s not a guarantee of course (ads are never guaranteed), but it shows just how powerful this model can be when it clicks.

And the best part? I’ll help you get your ads set up properly so you’re not left figuring it out alone.

Nope—there are no fixed territories. With a Primalista Ambassador Licence, you can recruit Primalistas from anywhere in the world.

That said, when you're running your ads, you’ll have a soft area focus (we’ll help you choose one), and as part of the PAL Agreement, you agree not to run ads into areas where another Ambassador is already advertising. This keeps things collaborative, not competitive.

So far, Primal Alternative has only run paid ads into Australia—but the model is ready to roll in the UK, US, and New Zealand.

How many PALs could there be?

• Australia: around 3 Ambassadors max

• UK: around 2

• US: around 6–8 (it’s huge!)

• New Zealand: probably 1–2 max

We'll expand mindfully so you’re not stepping on anyone's toes—and there’s plenty of opportunity to go around.

It’s totally flexible — but to give you an idea:
– Around 30 minutes a few times a week to check your ads
– 1–3 calls per week (each one is 30–45 mins)
You choose your hours. This can fit around another job, family life, or even be your main thing.

Nope. No territories, no royalties. You pay a one-off Licence fee and a small monthly fee to use my funnel and system. All the Primalista sign-up revenue is yours.

Every Primalista who signs up through you = direct revenue to you.

Here’s how it breaks down:

• If they go on a 12-month payment plan, you’ll receive $5,964 (that’s $497/month for 12 months).

• If they pay upfront, you’ll receive $5,497 in one go.

That’s your income—not shared. It’s your reward for attracting, connecting with, and enrolling amazing women into this beautiful opportunity.

You don’t need to manage the Primalistas you bring on—that’s my job. All monthly $130 Primalista membership fees go directly to Primal Alternative. That keeps their licence active and gives them access to the brand, ongoing support, recipes, training, and updates.

So your role is solely to recruit. That’s it.

If you take 10 calls a month and 2 say yes, that’s $11,928–$10,994 in revenue to you (depending on whether they choose upfront or payment plan).

Here’s what’s included:

• All your training is hosted in Kajabi, in short, actionable modules that walk you through every step.

• Our ads manager will set up your ads in Meta Business Suite—so you don’t have to mess around with pixels, events, or tech headaches.

• You’ll get access to run your ads on the Primal Alternative Facebook page, and we’ll keep your area focus clear to avoid overlap with other Ambassadors.

• We’ll set you up a calendar via our Acuity scheduler so you can start taking calls. You can block out your time day-to-day, or even hour-by-hour.

• All email reminders, confirmation templates, and follow-ups are already written and automated. You just show up for your calls.

• You’ll have a monthly catch-up with me (H) where we’ll look at how many leads your ads are bringing in, how many calls are booked, how many show up, and how your conversions are tracking.

• We’ll keep tweaking your funnel (aka: the system that turns strangers into Primalistas) to get the best return on your investment.

• You’ll also be part of a private PAL Facebook group where we celebrate wins, share ideas, and hold each other accountable.

• When a new Primalista joins, you’ll write a welcome post in the global Primalista Facebook group—and from there, we take care of everything else.

The Primalista Ambassador Licence will eventually be $60,000 AUD (~$40,000 USD). But for our beta round (just two spots), it’s half price: $30,000 AUD (~$20,000 USD).
We can also explore a payment plan if you’re the right fit but don’t have the full amount upfront.

Here’s how it works:

• Primalistas have a 7-day cooling off period. If they change their mind during that time, you’ll need to issue them a full refund. This is very rare, but it can happen.

• After that, if a Primalista decides to hang up their apron, any remaining balance on their payment plan becomes due and payable in full.

• In extremely rare cases, someone might ghost you and stop paying. While it’s uncommon (we attract lovely humans), it can happen—and credit control will be your responsibility.

• There will be support and training on how to handle this gracefully and professionally.

• It’s a small but inevitable part of business—but thankfully, it’s not a big issue in this space.

You’ll get access to everything you need — ad templates, call guidelines, booking systems, and more. We’ll have a kick-off call to map out your goals, and you can start booking calls as soon as you’re ready.

When you’re ready to hang up your headset, just shoot me an email to let me know—that’s it.

Your monthly membership to Primal Alternative will stop, and so will any access to Ambassador resources or training.

If you’re on a payment plan for your Primalista Ambassador Licence, any remaining balance will become due at that point.

You’ll still receive any outstanding payments from Primalistas you’ve brought on board (if they’re on a payment plan), until their payments are complete.

You’ve made a difference, earned good money doing something meaningful, and now you’re free to move onto whatever’s next.

It won’t take 30 days to know if it’s working.
You’ll likely have leads coming through within a day, calls booked within a week, and potentially your first Primalista signed up within the month.

The trial fee is $500, which goes toward your full PAL licence fee if you decide to go ahead—so you’re not out of pocket for taking the leap.
