Fast Track to Food Business Terms and Conditions

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions outline everything you need to know before joining the Fast Track to Food Business program. By signing up, you agree to the following terms, which form a legally binding agreement between you and Primal Alternative Pty Ltd (we/us).

The Parties

This agreement is between Primal Alternative Pty Ltd (we/us) and you, the participant (you). By joining, you agree to these terms.

Our Promise to You

• We provide access to resources, training, and support to help you set up and run your own food business.
• You will have lifetime access to all course materials, giving you the flexibility to learn at your own pace. Your success, however, depends on your personal commitment and effort.

What You Agree To

1. Course Access

   • You get lifetime access to the course and resources upon payment.
   • The materials are for your personal use only and cannot be shared, resold, or distributed without our prior permission.

2. Fees and Payments

   • You can pay the course fee either upfront or through a payment plan (both options will be clearly provided at the time of purchase).
   • Payments will be processed through Stripe and PayPal, which are secure payment gateways. By purchasing the course, you agree to the terms of these platforms.
   • Failure to make payments: If a payment fails, the first and second attempts will be retried automatically. If the payment fails a third time, your course access will be revoked immediately. An invoice will be issued for the remaining balance of your payment plan, which must be paid in full immediately. Failure to pay this invoice will result in your account being passed to a credit collection agency, and additional fees may apply.
   • All fees are non-refundable after the cooling-off period has passed.

3. Cooling-Off Period
   You have 7 days from the date of purchase to decide if the course is right for you. If during this period you decide it’s not a fit, you can email us at [email protected] to request a full refund—no questions asked. After the cooling-off period, no refunds will be issued.

4. Self-Removal
   You can remove yourself from the course at any time. However, once you have done so, access cannot be reinstated unless you re-enrol, and no refunds will be provided.

5. Intellectual Property

   • All course materials, resources, and content are owned by Primal Alternative Pty Ltd. You agree not to distribute, copy, or use these materials beyond your personal learning experience.

6. Confidentiality
   Any private or sensitive information shared within the course community must remain confidential. We expect all participants to respect the privacy and integrity of the group.

7. Your Responsibilities

   • You are responsible for complying with any legal requirements in setting up your food business (such as local permits, food handling certifications, and insurance).
   • You make business decisions at your own discretion. While we provide guidance, ultimate responsibility lies with you.

Termination of Access

• You can terminate your participation by removing yourself from the course, but no refunds will be provided once access has been granted beyond the cooling-off period.
• Non-payment: If you fail to make payments as outlined, after three failed payment attempts, your access will be revoked, and you will be required to pay the outstanding balance in full immediately. If you do not pay the remaining balance, we will pass your account to a credit collection agency for further action.

Handling Problems

• If you experience any issues or have concerns about the course or your payments, your first step should be to contact us directly by emailing [email protected]. We are here to help resolve any problems you might encounter.
• We aim to respond to all inquiries within 2 business days and will work with you to find a solution.

Mutual Non-Denigration

• Both parties agree to maintain professionalism and respect at all times.
• You agree not to make any defamatory or negative public comments about Primal Alternative Pty Ltd, the program, or other participants, including on social media platforms. Any issues should be addressed privately through the appropriate channels.
• We also commit to treating all participants with respect and fairness, ensuring a supportive learning environment.

Legal Considerations

1. Disclaimer
   We do not guarantee specific outcomes or success through this program. Your results depend on your unique effort, circumstances, and application of the material.

2. Jurisdiction
   This agreement is governed by the laws of Western Australia, and any disputes will be handled in this jurisdiction.

Dispute Resolution

If any disputes arise, both parties agree to attempt resolution through friendly negotiation. If necessary, mediation will be arranged before pursuing legal action.
